Beginner training plan
Your first lessonUnderstanding your basic abilities. Working through correct form with warm-ups and basic agility drills.
Lesson 11+Continuing to develop spatial awareness, conditioning and mobility training. Also beginning the transition into more advanced training plans.
Lesson 4-10Continuing to develop agility, stance and hand placement. Working on 1v1s, field and overall spatial awareness, coordination and mobility conditioning (ie footwork, speed and redirection)
Lesson 2-3Continuing with achieving correct form. Agility, stance and hand placement drills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGetting a full understanding of your abilities as a football player by running through footwork and conditioning drills.
Lesson 11+Light contact drills (no full contact, more the understanding of hand placement and angles) that will help give a more complete understanding of your position.
Lesson 4-10Position specific drills also used by professional athletes. Understanding your opponent more thoroughly.
Lesson 2-3Collegiate level drills to solidify your skills. Conditioning drills, hand placement drills, 1v1s, peripheral vision training, strength training exercises and speed training exercises.
What you need to bringFootball cleats, football gloves (optional), athletic attire and a good attitude.
