Triage to find out goals and any medical limitations. Then move to explaining exercises and their personal routine.
Lesson 11+This block of training and future sessions will be in the ring or on the mat.
Lesson 4-10From this point the student should feel very comfortable with the training and routines.
This training block will be dedicated to learning combination punches self defense maneuvering and basic fighting skills
Lesson 2-3The student will begin to move into a moderately intense training mode with a lot of cardio and drop set routines
