Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, I’d like to hear about your background with GOLF any experience, previous lessons, etc. From there, focus on the fundamentals grip stance, aim and swing. Focusing on sound fundamentals.
Lesson 11+Finally, we’ll focus on guided practice sessions to work on various aspects that need improvement. Specifically targeting the areas that have been a challenge ie. bunker shots, driving, approach shots and putting. You’ll be given a practice routine and advised on best practices to avoid and or continue.
Lesson 4-10Next will focus on improving shot, accuracy, and distance control with various clubs from Driver to Sand-wedge. From there will work on course management and practice routines to enhance your consistency and confidence.
Lesson 2-3Next will build on these fundamentals in refining, your grip, stance, aim, and swing mechanics. I’ll also introduce you to chipping and putting to round out your game.
