Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe always start with an intro to your clubs and which ones do what. We then start on grip, aim, stance, alignment, and posture to try and build a solid foundation to swing from
Lesson 11+We keep working on the impact position until that’s consistent and solid. From that point we’ll start working on curve and power.
Lesson 4-10We’ll just continue to review where you are mentally but also how the swings looking. We’ll review swing video and build from there.
Lesson 2-3Well continue to work on the set up until that’s easy. From that point we’ll start swinging and I’ll explain what the impact position is supposed to look and we work back from there.
What you need to bringClothes and shoes you feel comfortable swinging in. They don’t have to be golf shoes and you don’t have to dress up. Apart from that, being your clubs if you’ve got some.
What I can bringI will always have my clubs, a launch monitor, and am iPad for video. I am also happy to bring clubs for you as well
