Lesson 4-10Focus on key points to build a solid foundation of fundamentals and specific points. We work on 2-3 simple concepts and build from there
Lesson 2-3Growing on first lesson assessments… developing key points to focus on for foundational improvement
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBasic assessment of skill levels, physical abilities or limitations, and understanding of basic mechanics, fundamentals (grip, posture, swing motion etc.) and golf IQ. Analyzing what the player wants / needs to improve on (ball striking, distance, putting, short game, etc.) Can also be used to optimize performance and equipment needs using a launch monitor.
Lesson 11+Continued improvement and how to best achieve results along with Course management, swing thoughts and golf IQ.
