Just a few tips from Ed and I was making much better contact and hitting much straighter. Simplified my stroke and got rid of a very bad slice. Very productive first lesson. Will book more with Ed.

Honestly, Ed made it pretty straightforward to grasp the concepts during my lesson. He broke things down in a way that was easy to follow, which I really appreciated. Still, I think I’ll need to keep building on what I’ve learned to see real improvement. If you’re looking for someone who offers practical, well-explained advice, Ed might be someone to consider.

Ed is a great instructor! Fun guy, awesome attitude and demeanor as a teacher. We worked on several things - hitting a more reliable draw, some grip strength work with driver, and some chipping technique. Ed gave very practical direction, which can be hard to find with golf instructors. I left the lesson feeling like I'd gotten more out of it than my last 3 lessons with another playing coach. I was able to immediately take his lesson and put it right into my next round with excellent results. I highly recommend Ed!!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDepending on your understanding of the golf swing, typically I will start with grip and setup. We will hit a few range balls to develop a feel for a proper strike and finish.
Lesson 11+Building upon previous lessons. Understanding course management. Side x side 9 hole round.
Lesson 4-10Continue to build upon Lessons 1-3. Developing shot shape and spin.
Lesson 2-3Building upon lesson One. Begin to understand ball flight, spin, and distance control. Start progressing through the bag.
