The lesson was, honestly, quite disappointing. Despite cancelling within the designated time, I was insulted by the trainer who said I "did not deserve to have my name seen, " which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Still, I guess it's a reminder to be cautious with certain trainers. You might want to look elsewhere for a more respectful experience.

I’ve asked Jay regarding one review that’s gotten 1 star rating… Not to badmouth anyone here, but it’s very misleading to just hear one side of the story so I’m putting down a review so you guys can decide. What Jay told me happened was that this particular student told through the app that she never needed equipments. So then, of course Jay or any instructor will come empty handed. Then first thing she told him was “I don’t have any clubs” and that’s how their lesson started off. After one hour, she told him how willing she was to take two instead of one lesson a week so she can develop faster. So Jay planned her curriculum accordingly. But at the end, she didn’t explain her text thoroughly regarding getting lessons and he ended up preparing as if he would see her. And then the rest happened. My personal experience with jay is just like the rest of the people here. Absolutely amazing of a coach!

Best thing about Jay is being absolutely locked in during our sessions… definitely worth giving him a try, you’ll notice the difference in how comfortably you swing, yet makes the better contact.

Main focus depends on what the person lacks. But in general, the contact to the ball will be the main emphasis!
Lesson 2-3The biggest takeaways when it comes to beginners in my opinion are the repetition and the feel that will take time and practice. After 1st lesson, a couple of lessons afterwards will consist of memorization.
