Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson we go over how to hold the club properly, the correct posture and understanding some main movements of the swing!
Lesson 11+Work on the course and short game!
Lesson 4-10We start to build more skills of properly hitting a golf ball and understanding what causes the trajectories and flight we see!
Lesson 2-3We continue to refine grip and setup, slowly introducing a ball as we continue to build form.
What you need to bringStudent just needs to bring their clubs and a willingness to learn!
What I can bringIn all my lessons I use Foresight GC Quad to get accurate club and ball data. I use SportsBox AI to measure the students body so there is no guessing to our lesson plan. I also have pressure plates and other devices to help players understand how to achieve more speed!
