About your golf coach
I'm driven by a deep passion for golf, honed over 25 years, including my time as a D1 athlete. My coaching blends technical expertise with a positive, engaging approach, tailored to help you reach your full potential. Let's unlock your best game together! I was a previous Director of Instruction at Forest Hills Country Club in Chesterfield, MO where I developed and ran our junior golf program that consisted of 280 junior golfers along with individual lessons and group clinics of all ages!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTalk about the game of golf and discuss what each of the clubs in the bag are used for and when to use them.
After completion of that we would work on the 3 basics of stance, grip, and posture.
Lesson 11+After the 11+ lesson we will reevaluate where we are from where we started the lesson. This will show how much improvement has been made. We will assess which areas the golfer is still struggling in or has the least amount of confidence and provide more instruction in that area.
Lesson 4-10For the remaining lessons would we continue to work on the 3 basics and the clock drill. Eventually we will work our way to the putting green. Here we will learn how to read the green (slopes and contours) and controlling speed.
Lesson 2-3For the following lessons we would continue to work through the 3 basics and begin to rep the “clock drill”
Each hour of a clock represents a part of the golf swing. That way the beginner can get a feel of what the swing is in baby steps.
