Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn lesson 1 it’s getting to know range of motion and understanding the fundamentals to make a golf swing. We’ll start with shorter clubs and shorter swings and work our way up to full swings. Major goal is to set the basis for repeatable fundamentals focused on getting the ball in the air.
Lesson 11+Now that you have an understanding for how the game works and when to use what clubs, let’s get out for 9 holes and put it into action. Let’s see where we still need to focus in the short term to increase on course enjoyment and come up with a plan to tackle gaining control over the direction of the ball, gaining distance, and what to do when you feel “off” or your swing doesn’t feel quite there!
Lesson 4-10Introduction of the driver as well as short game and putting. Now that you have a strong base for getting the ball airborne let’s work on getting off the tee and hitting a driver. Next let’s focus on short game and putting, learning the basics of chipping as well as the basics of putter setup and speed control.
Lesson 2-3Let’s check the fundamentals and if your followed your practice routine and are getting balls in the air consistently let’s change clubs and see where we are at.

Your first lessonLet’s understand what the issues in the game are, let’s go through a swing and bag evaluation, what clubs are the struggle and what combination of full swing, short game, putting, and mental game we need to get to your target score.
