Your first lessonFor kids it just trying to find out if they are interested. Jr's and Adults I work with them a little bit see what the have been told or learned elsewhere.
Lesson 2-32nd and 3rd we start nailing down fundamentals, checking equipment to make sure that it fits for their size and skill level
Lesson 4-104 and so on we are going through routines trying to develop good habits and consistent structure.
