At 18, I embarked on a guitar journey, immersing myself in theory and college music classes. From New York blues jams to bands like Ben Jarrell, I honed my skills and made a mark in the music scene. Teaching became a natural progression, until a stroke halted my path. But overcoming adversity, I returned to music, playing and teaching full-time. Versatile in styles from rhythm to lead, I'm here to mentor your guitar journey from basics to advanced techniques, fueling your passion for music.

Some things I would recommend that will help are a notebook, a guitar of course, and think about what you’ve visioned your guitar style to be like. Do you want to finger pick? Hybrid pick? Play with a slide? Be a lead or rhythm player? Solo or band? Help me help you achieve that vision.
What I can bringI have slides and picks and the basics for playing here. I have a community guitar I teach with but I’d prefer you bring your own of course as that means you own a guitar and can practice outside of lessons.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
