About your guitar coach
Hi It's Mike Michel! I'm a Minnesota Music Academy award winning songwriter, modern guitarist, and modern music educator, who was raised in Cincinnati,OH, developed my craft in Los Angeles, CA and now create out of Minneapolis, MN. I currently record and tour with my groove-infused indie/alt rock group,THE ORANGE GOODNESS and continues to be an active session guitarist and published songwriter. I'm an avid digital creator and post a weekly music video series called Music Wisdom For Music Fans, which is dedicated to educating passionate music fans about the ins and outs of music creation, philosophy and business. My goal as a guitar coach and songwriting coach is demystify all of the elements of music for you in a more rock and roll language. Getting you to an advanced intermediate level quickly and without too much stress. Learning and creating music should be joyful. Sure, there are challenging moments learning a new craft, but these are positive moments of real growth. I love mentoring music seekers who have that undeniable music passion. Thanks for trusting me.
