Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWhy did they get into guitar? Also teach how to properly hold the guitar.
Lesson 11+From here depending on how well you practice on your own time. We will learn how to actually play songs. Then go onto the next steps
Lesson 4-10Begin to learn simple chords, and then alternating chords and having the fingers learn the muscle memory from switching to different chords
Lesson 2-3Teach how to hold and pick and learn the "tick-tock" motion with the strumming hand. Maybe learn an easy chord
Youth players
Working with kidsKids will get almost the same but over a longer period of time.
Working with teenagersWill get the same treatment as adults
