Your first lessonWe’re gonna cover all the basics of the game of lacrosse, including passing, catching, scooping and cradling.
Lesson 11+Once we have achieved the first 10 lessons, we can move onto more advanced skill sets, and refinement.
Lesson 4-10After the player begins to understand basic concepts. We will start to combine drills that will simulate game situational scenarios.
Lesson 2-3After your first introduction, we will move to more advanced drill sets to support passing, catching, scooping, cradling. We will start to refine your form during lessons, two and three.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst last one plan, I will cost them to what you’re looking to get out of it. I will do my assessments and then we will plan out the rest of your workouts that you are signed up for going forward.
Lesson 11+After lessons one through 10 we will be solidly focusing on the small refinements that will get you big results. This will be customized to your ask.
Lesson 4-10By the time we get to lesson four. You will have considerable growth and then we’ll be able to move on to more advanced skill sets, and even further refinement in your game.
