Warm up , and daily exercise to practice conditioning.
Class 2-3Intercepting hands , how to deal with pressure.
Core footwork relationship.
*main stances.
Class 4-10Cardio conditioning, shaolin based exercises and breathing. Main four kicks practically. Pad work, and air shield striking.
Sensitivity drills, light sparring
Class 11+Tai chi / qi gong breathing techniques exercises
Muk Jong wing Chun forms, and applications .
Monthly exercise routine, fit test.
What you need to bringAthletic shoes or sneakers that have good friction. Light clothing, non restrictive movement.
What I can bringI have available air shield, forearm pads, staff, rattan ring , and muk Jong, heavy bag ,if able to train at my home.
