We’ll go over basic movements such as squats, push ups, rows, and planks, and adjust to ensure that form is correct.
Lesson 11+At this point, the client should be in the routine of warming up, pushing through a workout, and making note of where they have made progress. This all depends on the individual as this is a very individualistic experience.
Lesson 4-10Depending on how quickly the client can grasp the form, we will begin to add resistance to make progress more efficient.
Lesson 2-3We’ll continue to correct form until it becomes hanitual to do these movements properly.
