Working with kidsI create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can develop their athletic potential. Through interactive games and structured exercises, I help young athletes improve their physical fitness, learn the rules of the game, and develop strong social skills. I believe that a happy child is a motivated learner!
Working with teenagersI specialize in training teenagers, helping them bridge the gap between recreational sports and competitive performance. My training focus is on developing advanced skills, strength, speed, and agility, while building a strong growth mindset to handle pressure both on and off the field.
