Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasics of pickleball from learning the rules to being able to play a game by the end of lesson one.
What you need to bringTennis shoes and exercise clothing are best. If you have your own paddle you are welcome to use it, but if not I have paddles and pickleballs available to use.
What I can bringAll equipment will be provided. This includes paddles and pickleballs.
