Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst I will get to know their background in sports and pickleball and figure out what level they are at. Things they do well and not so well.
Lesson 11+Steady improvement and a wide range of drills to expand knowledge and ability in the game.
Lesson 4-10Specialized drills focusing on improving weaknesses and polishing strengths. Game play tips and conditioning the body to be able to play multiple games.
Lesson 2-3Working on specific skills and learning the dynamic of the game.
