Alex is a wonderful coach. I am a senior and I have mobility issues. Alex is teaching me how I can use the location of my shots to make up for my limited mobility. He also teaches me the importance of muscle memory drills.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOur first lesson will be establishing your level and what key components we will be working on. Getting better at Pickleball requires “Muscle-Memory” activities that will help improve every part of your game!
Lesson 11+We will now begin to work on intermediate to higher level components such as 3rd shot drops, backhand rolls, court positioning, lob returns, overheads, fast hands, etc.
Lesson 4-10We will now focus on basic game skills like serves, returning serves, blocks and counters, for hand and backhand shot selection.
