Your first lessonGoing over goals and timeline of the player. Getting comfortable with the paddle, positions, scoring, and basic shots. It’s a heavy one!
Lesson 11+These are totally dependent on the player wants and needs!
Lesson 4-10Refining shots more in depth and touching on basic strategies, depending on the goals of the player.
Lesson 2-3The how and why’s of each shot and what to do to make the process easier! We will also refine serves here.
