Bill is quite good at making the learning process feel approachable, and his patience really stood out during the lesson, especially since he explains things in a relatable way. Though I think more serve practice and additional info could make the lessons even better, I still left feeling more confident on the court. Still, if you're looking to improve your game with someone who's easy to work with, Bill's worth trying out.
