Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst, I like to understand where the student is skill set resides, whether it’s beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Then I understand what their goals and objectives are from the instruction and how I made Target that training to improve their play.
Lesson 11+Not for me…
Lesson 4-10I don’t recommend sessions four through 10 unless they’re weekly sessions and you’re playing at least once or twice a week in between the session
Lesson 2-3Take the lessons that we’ve already shown, work on improving those refining those.
Youth players
Working with kidsI’m good working with older kids or teens…
What you need to bringWear appropriate workout gear, water and a great attitude :)
What I can bringI have extra paddles, happy to bring them to every session.
