Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBeginner basics, we start off small and work from the NVZ(kitchen) back to the base line, dink and volley with fun and engaging mini games
Lesson 11+What skills they need to work and improve on to consistently level up there pickleball game and what will be required for drills and skills
Lesson 4-10How to successfully navigate through the transition zone from front to back safely executing shots 1-5
Lesson 2-3How to execute shots safely and efficiently from deeper in the court all the way to the base line consistently
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAsses level and implementation of a strategic plan to level up in certain areas of weakness
Lesson 11+Continued evaluation of certain skills and drill to insure maximum benefits are coming from proper technique and procedures
