Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor beginners, the first lesson will focus on the skills that will get you up and playing immediately. The serve, serve return, dinking and scoring are the places to start. Use of the proper paddle grip, grip pressure and footwork will be taught and evaluated. I will also have suggestions for equipment and physical training as well as methods for solo and partner practice.
Lesson 11+At every level I will be working with player to gauge their own needs, desires and progress to deliver the best value for money.
Lesson 4-10We will learn about court positioning, reading your opponent’s patterns and anticipating their shots in order to gain a competitive advantage. Mindset and sport psychology concepts will be explored and developed.
Lesson 2-3We will begin to build on the basics to improve your game play and competitiveness. I will evaluate your progress and introduce and reinforce the skills that you will need as you level up.

How it works
What you need to bringWear athletic clothing and shoes. Bring your paddle if you have one, I do bring extra paddles and balls. I recommend eye protection. Sunglasses are fine but not required.
What I can bringI bring paddles and balls and everything that we use for lessons. I also have a ball machine that I can bring upon request. No extra charge.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
