Your first lessonObjective: Familiarize with the basics of pickleball. • Activities: • Overview of rules, court, and equipment. • Introduction to grip and basic stance. • Light warm-up and stretches. • Practice hitting the ball (forehand/backhand). • Cool-down: Stretching and Q&A.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11: Advanced Dinking and Placement • Objective: Master more advanced dinking techniques and improve shot placement. • Activities: • Practice dinking with a focus on angles and depth. • Work on soft touch to keep the ball low and near the kitchen line. • Play a mini-game focusing on consistent, accurate dinking. • Cool-down: Stretching and feedback. Lesson 12: Overhead Smashes and Lobs • Objective: Learn how to execute overhead smashes and defensive lobs. • Activities: • Demonstrate when and how to execute an overhead smash. • Practice smashing balls fed to you at different heights. • Work on defensive lobs to handle smashes from opponents. • Cool-down: Stretching and review.
