Your first lessonControl drills to get familiar with the paddle and the ball. We will go over the fundamentals of the game, rules and basic strategies.
Lesson 11+Development of weapons, defense and tactics.
Lesson 4-10Volleys, drops, dinks and more advanced strategies.
Lesson 2-3We will learn how to serve, return and transition to the net. We will start working on stroke mechanics of the most needed shots.
What you need to bringCourt shoes and sports clothes. If they have their own paddle bring it. If not they can borrow one from me.
