Your first lessonFirst, we'll learn the basics of the game, rules, scoring, and necessary equipment. We'll discuss safety and then work on fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and stroke to get you started on the right foot.
Lesson 11+
Lesson 4-10We'll focus on improving your shots' accuracy and placement while learning key strategies. To increase your confidence and effectiveness on the court, we'll work on volleys, dinks, and game tactics
Lesson 2-3Next, we'll build on your initial skills by working on forehand and backhand strokes and consistent serves. We'll introduce some basic footwork and court positioning to enhance your game.
