Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis lesson is for anyone new to pickleball or still getting used to the basics. We’ll go over grip, how to hold ready position, and the core shots like serve, return, dinks, and volleys. The focus is on helping you feel more comfortable with your paddle, understand how the game flows, and give you a few simple things to practice on your own.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThis session is for players who already understand the basics and want to improve control, consistency, and decision-making. We’ll work on things like third-shot drops, soft hands at the net, transitioning from the baseline, and building better habits during point play. I’ll adjust based on what your game needs most — whether that’s mechanics, shot selection, or just more game-like reps. It’s a good fit if you’re comfortable rallying but want to play smarter and more confidently.
