Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe warm up physically, then play a little bit and then discuss. We identify, areas to work on, formulate relevant practice, put our new knowledge in use and after return to analysis.
Lesson 11+If you still want my input after this many sessions I'm probably learning more from you.
Lesson 4-10We play and discuss the finer points of positioning, strategy and efficacy of the game plan throughout.
Lesson 2-3We review what we have worked on, if we can make improvements or modifications we apply those points with patience and practice, sharing insights and concerns.
