Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWork on basic fundamentals of the game. Dinking, drives (ground strokes), attackable vs non attackable balls.
Lesson 11+Learning different tendencies of players. Learning how to recognize weaknesses and exploit them to win matches, at the tournament level and Dupr matches.
Lesson 4-10Reconigzing different patterns and utilizing different strategies on how to develop and win points.
Lesson 2-3Getting into strategizing and general point construction.
