Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI focus on mechanics and correct form, and more importantly why we use the correct form. I go into detail and dissect it.
Lesson 11+At this point we would really work on consistency and repetition.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will include all of the above. Anything we missed or that you need work on.
Lesson 2-3We will touch on more strategy, Court position, and shot selection.
