The lesson with Derek was quite helpful, especially in terms of understanding the importance of controlling the ball's direction. I’d like to get better at aiming during singles play, and having more control over where the ball goes would be useful. Though I still need to refine that aspect, I’m optimistic about building on what I learned and hope future lessons can focus more on directional techniques. Still, I’d suggest others give Derek a try if they want to improve specific skills like this.

Working with kidsBe working on eye hand coordination, moving our feet, and control of hitting ball. Have run multiple camps and programs for kids at pickleball athletic club.
Working with teenagersDepending on base skill level will determine how fast or slow the program is. Will introduce them to skillsets and rules that let them rally at the park with others and potentially play full games.
