Working with teenagersDepending on base skill level will determine how fast or slow the program is. Will introduce them to skillsets and rules that let them rally at the park with others and potentially play full games.
What you need to bringA paddle, wear shoes that are comfortable for playing and water!
What I can bringI will provide balls and any other equipment deemed necessary for what type of practice we are focusing on.
