I have been playing for about 2 months and this was my first ever pickleball lesson. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was very impressed with Drew. We practiced different styles of serves, dinking, my backhand and the 3rd shot drop. He was patient, encouraging and made it a fun lesson. I’m looking forward to more lessons with Drew!
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will teach the rules along with all of the basics that you need to learn in order to get a slow paced volley and maybe even a low level game with friends.
Lesson 11+Every lesson after will mainly be polishing off your skills. At this point you will be ready to play but if you feel like you need some more lessons to build up the confidence for rec play, then I am here for you!
Lesson 4-10I will teach kitchen control, lateral movements, soft dinks, and giving you an introduction on the third shot drop. I will also be teaching how to reset the ball and slowing down fast paced rallies.
Lesson 2-3I will teach you how to have a bit more control with your shots along with developing your ability for quicker paced rallies.
