Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearn the basics like the rules of the game, scoring, etc.
Lesson 11+Teach what to look out for or what other opponents will do in a real game.
Lesson 4-10Focus on doing forehand and backhand strokes and practice to have fast hands/reactions.
