Before your first lesson, I’ll send you a short video to watch as “homework” — just to get your mind and eyes familiar with the movement I’ll teach you. Then, in our first session, we’ll jump into movement drills and basic hitting. I’ll watch how you move and hit, and start pointing out key weaknesses and habits right away and give you some homework.
Now it’s about refinement and confidence. We’ll personalize your training to fit your style — whether it’s dominating the kitchen, reacting faster, or setting up points with strategy. You’ll learn how to predict shots before they happen, control tempo, and stay one step ahead. I’ll help you make hard, difficult shots feel fluid, with a smooth, natural flow. At this point, you're not just playing — you're reading the game and taking control.
At this stage, I’ll start playing at a higher level against you, challenging your reactions and helping you adapt under pressure. While we play, I’ll make sure your movements still look natural and controlled — not forced or robotic. We’ll keep reinforcing muscle memory through game-speed drills and live rallies. You’ll work on timing, positioning, and shot selection so it starts to feel automatic.
We’ll follow up on the first lesson and your video homework to lock in the core movements. These sessions are all about building muscle memory through high-rep drills — especially for your backhand, resets, and footwork. I’ll correct details in your swing, stance, and movement to help your body start reacting naturally. You’ll start seeing big improvements in consistency and feel more in control of your shots.
At this stage, we shift into repetition and muscle memory. You already know the fundamentals — now it’s about tweaking small details and making sure your movements stay consistent under pressure. We’ll drill hard shots until they feel smooth and automatic.
We are signing you up for a pro tournament at this time 😁
adjusting to different play styles, and staying in control of the pace.
You’ll also start learning how to predict your opponent’s next move, control tempo, and keep your game flowing naturally. It’s not just training — it’s sharpening.
