Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will ask you questions related to your goals. From there I will send you a suggested lesson plan before each lesson. It is "suggested" because I let you have the option to change things so we can work together to reach your goals.
I focus on getting the fundamentals right. I also strive to find the balance of what you would like to learn/find fun and what I was a coach feel like you need to work/improve on.
It's also important to me what your goals are with pickleball. That's really helps set the direction and pace of the lessons.
I approach each lesson essentially by asking two questions:
1. What do you want to learn?
2. What do you need to learn?
I hope to find the right intersection between these two, and typically there is always something that does.

I'll provide the balls! Happy to provide a paddle if needed too!
