Greg was an excellent teacher and gave great instruction and drilling to help me improve weak spots in my game.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssess the main aspects of the game - dinking & drops. Do some drills and provide instruction on technical aspects.
Lesson 4-10Continuing on the most important shots. Review how rec play has gone, coninue with drilling and move into strategy, positioning etc.
Lesson 2-3Build on the first lesson - drops & dinking drills and adding some drills on attacking out of the air and off the ground
