Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvery NEW student will be asked some very important questions before starting, such as, what are their goals, knowledge of game, prior athletics, physical condition, medical issues, etc.... I will go through stretching, body weight strength training, feet and leg mobility. ....
I will evaluate players movements, swing mechanics, and paddle control/grip.
Additional training sessions will depend on what I gather from 1st meeting, that's why the 1st session is usually longer than an hour. (Included)
Youth players
Working with kidsTeaching regiment would depend on age, experience, knowledge, physical being...... Would concentrate on eye, hand, ball coordination, paddle grips and hitting.
Working with teenagersIt would depend on experience, knowledge, physical coordination.
What you need to bringPaddle( if they have one)Towel, water/rehydration mixes, any braces/protective equipment (eye glasses, elbow and knees)
