Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will be practicing the basics of the game. Learning how to score, the kitchen rules, and what all of the lines represent. Practice drinking correctly. And play some games.
Lesson 11+Practice playing games with more strategic awareness and focus on improving your overall performance. Adaptability to opponents and court condition. Develop a strong mental game, focusing on staying positive and focused during matches. Practice regularly, seek feedback from coaches, and better players .Watch videos and be patient.
Lesson 4-10Focus on improving consistency, court placement, and strategic play. Including developing dink drop shots and backhand skills. Also, game tactics and footwork. Volley lobs over their opponents head. Dink cross court. Advanced drills to improve skills and awareness.
Lesson 2-3Positioning yourself on the court to allow for better control and fewer errors while drinking and regular play.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe'll access your current skill level and perfect your skills as needed. We will ensure your strokes, serves, and footwork are pricised and consistent.
Lesson 11+Put your skills to a test incorporating the techniques and strategies you've learned. Introduce you to advanced lobs and fine tune game performance. Learning patience and having fun.
Lesson 4-10We'll work on volleys, dinks,and game tactics to improve your confidence and effectiveness on the court.
Lesson 2-3We'll work on your focus to improve your shot accuracy.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be fun ,engaging, and to learn patience while learning new skills. To feel confident and excited to be there with others, having fun.
Working with teenagersWhen teaching teenagers, I support them in developing their strengths for competitive play and personal growth. To develop patience and focus on advanced drills. On having regular practice sessions and enjoying the sport.
What you need to bringThey should bring their own paddle and several balls. It's a good idea to bring a hat and water or sunscreen.
