“I’ve always wanted to try pickleball but felt intimidated. This program broke everything down step by step—rules, scoring, serving, even footwork. After just a few sessions, I can rally with friends and actually enjoy playing the game.”
David
“Coming in with some basic experience, I wanted to refine my skills and add more strategy to my game. These lessons helped me focus on placement, dinks, and doubles play. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my accuracy and confidence on the court.”

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGetting started We’ll begin with the basics: understanding the rules, scoring system, and essential equipment. You’ll also learn the core fundamentals—how to grip the paddle, the proper stance, and the basic strokes—to set a strong foundation for your game.
Lesson 11+Advanced Play & Competition Readiness Finally, you’ll put everything into practice with guided game play. We’ll incorporate all the techniques and strategies you’ve learned while introducing advanced shots such as lobs and spins. These sessions will fine-tune your overall performance and prepare you for competitive-level play.
Lesson 4-10Developing Strategy & Consistency In these sessions, the focus shifts to accuracy, shot placement, and game strategy for both singles and doubles. You’ll practice volleys, dinks, and tactical play, giving you the confidence and tools to compete effectively and adapt to different game situations.
Lesson 2-3Building Core Skills Next, we’ll refine your forehand and backhand strokes, while introducing consistent serving techniques. You’ll also learn about court positioning and basic footwork to help you move more effectively and confidently during play.
