Justin taught me from the ground up and he does it in a manner that is easily understandable. He is charismatic and never makes me feel like I’m being harshly coached. I’d surely recommend him to anyone that’s in need of an accommodating coach! Within the year that I started learning from him, I placed 1st in three tournaments and got 2nd in my most recent tournament.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWarm up our body’s by doing dynamic stretches. Then dink to slowly get our circulation flowing. Teach the fundamentals of the games as well as the rules.
Lesson 11+Finally, strategies and patterns of the game will be taught in order to be applied to live games and recreational plays. Then there will be some fine tuning of the mechanics for each facet of the game.
Lesson 4-10Court positioning is key and so there will be practice matches in order to conduct live play balls to incorporate all the skills acquired.
Lesson 2-3Proceed to teach more challenging shots such as resets or drops. Lastly, drives, serves and returns will be practiced.
