Your first lessonFor the first lesson, I like to introduce players to the basic rules, court layout, strokes, and gameplay. Build comfort and fun on the court.
Lesson 11+Working on areas of improvement, opening the court to my learners.
Lesson 4-10Serving the ball, hitting drives while keeping the ball right above the net. Strategies/techniques to avoid popping the ball up, particularly when playing near the kitchen line.
Lesson 2-3Focusing on different types of shots such as forehand and backhand. When each type of shot is the most efficient. In addition, teaching the importance of court positioning and footwork.
What you need to bringBring water to stay hydrated and a paddle (only if you have one).
