We’ll start with a quick assessment so I can see your game in action—how you move, your shot selection, and where you’re strongest. From there, we’ll target specific areas to sharpen your skills. We’ll focus on high-level drills, situational play, and strategy that pushes you while keeping it fun. The goal is to leave you with a clear plan and a few things you can work on right away to level up your game.
Now it’s all about fine-tuning and playing smarter. We’ll focus on:
• Advanced shot selection and disguising your intentions
• Transitioning from defense to offense
• Drilling high-pressure scenarios
• Mental game work—staying calm and making good decisions
• Match play with detailed feedback between games
• Tournament prep if you’re ready to compete
We’ll take what we’ve built and start applying it under real game pressure. These sessions focus on:
• Mixing up patterns: dinks, drops, drives, and speed-ups
• Doubles positioning and teamwork
• Defending against aggressive players and countering effectively
• Reading opponents and choosing smart shots
• Match play with coaching between points
• Targeted drills for any weak spots we find along the way
We’ll dig into the areas we spotted in the first session. That might mean dialing in your third-shot drops, working on speed-ups at the kitchen, or tightening up your footwork. We’ll run focused drills, add in live-ball situations, and start mixing strategy into point play. The goal is to build confidence in the patterns and shots you’ll use most in real matches.
