Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA day 1 lesson plan will consist of holding paddle, serving and keeping score.
Lesson 4-10How to then hit the ball controlled over the net all the while having complete control of the game.
Lesson 2-3Basic ball control, full court rules !
What you need to bringDefinitely bring water (H2O), a comfortable pair of tennis shoes and more importantly, yourself along with a pickleball paddle.
What I can bringIf you are just beginning and don’t have a paddle I have extra paddles along with pickleballs. But primarily all you’ll need is a paddle.
