After the lesson, I appreciated how we wrapped up with some game play, which really helped identify aspects that may not have been observed during drills. I can see myself continuing to improve with additional lessons. Michelle’s approach is quite practical and helped me connect the dots in my game. I really appreciated how Michelle met me where I’m at vs. giving a generic lesson. I’m looking forward to working with Michelle again.

Today was my second to last lesson . I booked ten lessons and it was the best decision for me. I started playing about 7 months ago with an old racquetball background. I never had formal beginners lesson , I just kind of jumped into it . My goal each game was to just get it over the net. I had no strategy, I had no idea where to stand during a game , knew nothing about third shot drop, respecting the x, the three rules of pickleball , you get it , I was lost. So I wasn’t truly enjoying playing but I liked the game because it involves a racquet and quick thinking like racquetball . I travel between Broomfield and Omaha so I checked into lessons into Omaha and couldn’t even find an instructor that had vast experience . . So I decided to check into Broomfield area and found Michelle. The expertise and knowledge she brings is so much more than I expected. What I love most about her is her teaching style . It’s positive , encouraging and most of all very very helpful . She developed a plan ahead of time before each session so each session was utilized to its fullest. She even stayed over a few times when I was struggling until I could end my lesson on a positive note . I have learned so much that I had no idea about . To find an instructor like Michelle was part luck but also because I researched . Her years of experience and vast knowledge is what drew me in. I now realize how lucky I am to have found someone as qualified and great as her. I feel comfortable , and not judged . I am saving my last lesson for when I return to Broomfield in a month . That way I can practice all the great things she has taught me. I am a work in progress but thanks to Michelle I am enjoying the game more and have a solid idea on where I need to be on the court . I could go on and on about the benefits of lessons from Michelle . I still have a long ways to go but now I am much more equipped to play a better game . She even helped me find a racquet that better suited me. Thank you Michelle from the bottom of my heart and see you in a month for my last lesson of this session 😁

Michelle presents the beginner’s lesson in a fun & easy going environment. She is very knowledgeable about the sport & gives you good, basic information to get you started in pickleball, but could also work with more advanced players on skill development & tournament play. I would recommend her for any level of player.

I loved how knowledgeable and patient Michelle was throughout the lesson. She made learning pickleball enjoyable and easy to follow. This was a great session for both beginners. The instructor was great. The website needs improvement.
