Mike's lesson really helped me understand how to hold my racquet better in certain situations and to attack the ball properly. Though I think I could still improve on my serve techniques, I feel more confident now, and the lessons really stuck with me. Still, I’m hopeful that with more practice, my serve will get sharper. Definitely worth trying if you want a measured, practical approach to pickleball.

I don’t think I could have picked a better coach for our first time playing the game! I scheduled a lesson for me, my husband and my parents who are in their late-60s and Mike was patient, funny and kind. His coaching style was perfect for us. We had a blast and can’t wait to continue playing pickleball!

Your first lessonBasics of the game. We’ll have fun learning scoring, paddle grip, simple shots and pickleball rules. Tailored to your initial knowledge and abilities.
Lesson 4-10Lots of drilling to work on and improve muscle memory. More strategy and court placement and decision making.
Lesson 2-3We will improve on your technique and talk about some strategy. Repetition of important shots. Pace will increase. Review of what we’ve learned and where we wish to improve going forward.
