Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduce basic rules and court layout, then teach proper grip, ready position, and simple dink shots.
Lesson 2-3Lessons two and three will focus on serves and volleys through short drills. Conclude with a mini-game to practice rallying and reinforce scoring in a fun, low-pressure environment.
